Hi my name is Deon and today in class me and Marley were told to make a video on us speaking Maori. Today we made a video of us picking up 5 different objects and asking each other what the object is but in Te reo Maori.
Today the words we learnt was He ___ Tena (that is) and He ____ Tenei (this is)
The objects we used was
. Pukapuka (book)
. Pepa (paper)
.pene (pen)
.rorohiko (computer/laptop)
.Tepu (table)
The video editor website we used was We-video.
Ka pai Deon (and Marley). What an awesome blog post! I love the way you shared your learning intention in your video and also gave us the sentences below so we can see how they are written too. Tēnei and tēnā are great words to use, do you know what tērā means? This might be a good next step. Keep up the awesome work boys. Maybe you could do a podcast episode to share the Te Reo Māori that you've learnt?
ReplyDeletethank you phil a podcast sounds good😂
DeleteCool. Have a think about what you'd like to share. Maybe some extra Te Reo Māori that's not in the video? And I'll record next time I'm at Wesley.
